Can I try PocketNOC before paying?
Yes. The free tier connects to your SolarWinds instance with no time limit. Upgrade to Pro when you need push notifications, charts, widgets, or alert management.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pro subscriptions are available via Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS). You can also purchase license keys directly via Stripe for credit card or invoice billing.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch billing periods at any time from your app store subscription settings or the billing portal for license key purchases. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer license keys for teams?
Yes. Pro license keys can be purchased via Stripe for invoice billing. Keys are entered directly in the app and unlock all Pro features without an app store subscription. You can transfer a license to a new device at any time.
Does PocketNOC store my SolarWinds data?
No. PocketNOC connects directly to your Orion server. Your credentials are stored in the device keychain, and monitoring data never leaves your device or network.
